Post  nelix on Wed Jan 25, 2012 6:26 am

Ok, today me and Lorna go to morrisons shopping I went one way she went to the fag counter for some baccy..she found me mooching in the fruit and veg and the look on her face told me somfink had occured!..she was refused the Baccy on the grounds she didnt look 25!! she'll be 30 next week test Of course she was flattered but also a little pissed off...We laughed as you do...but after talking about it in the car I got quite angry tbh..you can vote at 18 get married have 6 kids go up the pub, you can even go to war get shot at and blown up (god forbid) but unless your 25 you cant buy fags! what utter bollix! Yes smoking is bad for you and I would hope by the time you get to 25 you will know this, but people have the choice still surely ?? 465

Well here ya go..

A BOY soldier too young to play computer wargame Call of Duty ended up on the frontline in Afghanistan — by hiding his age.
Determined recruit Adam Wilkie dodged strict checks that are meant to ensure combat troops are 18 — so he could fight the Taliban at just 17.

The burly teenager was last night revealed to have spent six weeks in the thick of battle in the powderkeg province of Helmand — distinguishing himself with his courage...Well done lad cheers I hope he dont want any Baccy or a pint!
