Northern soul is a music and dance movement that emerged from the British mod scene, initially in northern England in the late 1960s. Northern soul mainly consists of a particular style of black American soul music based on the heavy beat and fast tempo of the mid-1960s Tamla Motown sound. The northern soul movement, however, generally eschews Motown or Motown-influenced music that has met with significant mainstream success....I grew up listening and bopping to northern soul..(Strange as I was very much a "rocker".. )

CB no its not a 'snake' as in "he's such a bloody snake in the grass" haha. Its the story of a woman who finds a half dead snake and she takes him home to care for him. When the snake gets better it bites her and causes her death. Sounds gruesome but its funny really. Its Al Wilson too not Al Green..,,. sowwy.

Lol Im an idiot, there is an Al Green but I dont even rate him so wtf was I thinking, ha. I have Bearshare and downlaoded a much cleaner copy. I cant do NS dancing though...... never could get the moves right. My ankles get caught up around each other. Lol.
